Drop-off, step by step

Hand it over and get it back washed, dried, folded, and wrapped. No sitting in a laundromat, no half a Saturday gone.

    Bring your bag to the counter. The staff who take it in are the same people who run the floor all day, so you're talking to someone who knows the machines.

    It goes into the same new machines you'd use yourself, with bigger drums than the ones you're used to.

Doing it yourself

Walk in, pick a washer, load up. Every machine on the floor is new, and the drums are big enough that bulky loads have room to move.

Never used a laundromat before? Tell whoever's on the floor. They'll show you how the machines work, and next time you'll walk in knowing exactly what to do.

Somebody's here every hour we're open

No locked room with a change machine and a camera. Staff walk the floor, talk to people, and come to you first when a machine has you stuck.

Every washer and dryer on the floor is new. Drop-off orders run through those same machines, handled by the same staff who keep the room, and come back folded and wrapped.
