Why we built it

There was no nice laundromat around here. The ones that existed were old and dingy, and nobody was working.

Laundry was eating half a day people didn't have. So we started over with a room that is clean, machines that are new, and people on the floor who actually want to help.

The goal is plain: be the laundromat you would pick even if you had a washer at home, because it is cleaner, easier and faster. That is what we mean by changing the way you do laundry.
